Your Mental HEalth and Wellness journey begins here……

Helping people grow, heal, and live well

How are you?

Take a moment and really take reflect on that question. Too often we do not take the time to truly reflect on our mental health needs. Life can have many ups and downs. It in the midst of it all it is time to take care of you and begin your healing process. I am Dr. GiShawn Mance-Early, Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Founder of Mance Psychological Services where my mission is to prioritize mental health for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color…to help inspire and cultivate healing, growth, and mental wellness. In this fast pace society, it can be difficult to slow down but sometimes you have to be unavailable so you can be available for yourself. Healing can take place individually or in the collective. I offer individual therapy, group therapy and psycho-educational workshops. Services are primarily offered via online (tele-therapy); however, some in-person sessions are available. I also offer innovative platforms such as walking or running sessions where I meet you for a walk or run for your therapy session. In the future, Mance Psychological Services looks forward to hosting healing and self-discovery retreats, community circles, mother-daughter relationship restoration, and much, much more. At Mance psychological services, I strive to provide services with care, compassion, and connection.
